1 Regent Square, Rye - for a perfect break

Excellent location very very clean and spacious only and sidies that the Beds Were too soft for us and so were the pillars so sleep quality was quite bad

Nice modern house, close to the station but quiet. Spacious bathroom. Well equiped kitchen.

Very uncomfortable beds. The mattresses need to be changed! It is a shame because it spoils the stay. There is no view (just a car park used by RNLI and the the railway further away. A bit sad in such a lovely town.

Good location, well equipped, clean, comfortable, modern. Surprisingly quiet. Plenty to do in and around Rye for a week.

Nothing really. Would be nice to stay in an historic cottage but none available that are as well located, well equipped and have parking

The shower was blocked the first day we used it and the bathroom became covered in water. The host was away but initially we weren't able to contact any one else for assistance as the designated person was not available despite us being told they would be. Once we spoke to them it was sorted quite quickly but the host never responded to our booking.com message. An apology for our inconvenience would have been appreciated!
