1 Regent Square, Rye - for a perfect break

The house was clean. It had all the amenities that helped to make our stay super comfortable. Check-in was stresless. The location cannot be beaten! And it was quiet being just off the main road. The onsite parking space was a bonus.

No complaints or suggestions for improvements.

I loved everything about our stay. The feel of home away from home was definitely a bonus for us, especially when you have young kids. House was spotless throughout and all facilities were in full working order, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was perfect for us too!

Nothing to not like!

Everything was great except the shower did not drain well, and flooded the floor. So you must trickle the water or use the tub which is nice! They have a nice bar in the front and really good people all around. Everyone is helpful with directions. I can’t express enough how nice it was!

The central location with parking was ideal for exploring Rye, the property was exactly as described with plenty of space for 4 adults. Bathroom was well presented and clean with plenty of towels. Lock box was easy to access and communication with hosts was excellent.

The lack of a welcome pack was a little disappointing other properties we have stayed at nearby provided this i.e. no milk available for a cup of tea although there were tea and coffee sachets.

Clean, comfortable ,well-appointed, and a great location for town and train , yet quiet.

Nothing. Was fabulous

Great location, everything we wanted within easy walking distance. The weather stayed dry for us, which was a bonus, especially as it was early March. We also chose this property as it had parking. Great that it had a separate kitchen with diner.

Warm, spacious and clean. Beautifully maintained house.

Sofas too soft. Pint of milk on arrival would have been nice after a long journey.
