Would stay again! Clean, spacious, light, with everything we needed. Nice easy checkout without a tonne of cleaning and sorting to do first (nice when your cleaning fee actually feels worth it!). Great location. We're quite noise sensitive but had zero issues, it really was very quiet.

V light sensitive sleepers might want a sleep mask for one of the bedrooms but no biggie. The views aren't super picturesque but given that you don't get road traffic or much footfall I'd say it was worth it!

Fabulous property. Everything you could need is thought of and all done to a very high standard. Location is great. Really enjoyed visiting Rye again after many years.

We couldn't have had a more ideal accommodation for our stay with 2 teenage sons. The parking space was invaluable, as parking is an issue in Rye. EV charging at the back of the building opposite. Not the most scenic of settings, but safe and quiet and a few minutes' walk to everything in Rye. Super well equipped kitchen. Family seating in the lounge and very comfy beds. Good shower (although the grouting could do with a bit of TLC). Friendly welcome from the lady at the motel (which I presume owns the property). Would highly recommend this house for a perfect base to explore Rye and the area.
