"Great location, comfortable stay."

Great location & parking easy to get about on foot & in & out of town by car. Tidy & warm house. Only a bit of noise from next door but that could be an issue with different neighbours. Certainly no. 2 was empty until the Friday so no noise until then & even then they were considerate renters. Kitchen equipment a bit limited as we do cook. Beds/pillows could be a tad more comfy but I know that can be a personal thing. Memory foam mattress toppers would have been great for me.

"Cute weekender house "

A cute little house really close to the station - perfect for a weekend stay where you spend most of your time out and about. It had everything you needed. Also the welcome basket was such a lovely touch. Thank you :)

"Excellent and comfortable stay, highly recommend to families especially."

The house had everything you would ever need: Comfortable bedrooms(twin and double beds), beautiful bathroom, cozy living room, and a well maintained kitchen. The living room had an insanely comfortable couch, a smart tv, board games, and a beautiful christmas tree. The bathroom had a nice standing bathroom, amenities provided, and a beautiful bathtub. The kitchen had most essentials, and everything was in working order. There was a small outdoor porch area too.

The bathtub pipes would leak after enough water had gone through, although it wasn't a big problem with towels on the ground. The double bed bedroom is a bit tight on space. The kitchen could be better stocked with more ingredients. HOWEVER, these were all small nitpicks and is nowhere enough to detract from the positives.

"The weather was the only downside to our stay."

Property had a parking place which was essential for the visit to Rye. Been to Rye many times and this location was perfect. House clean, tidy and comfortable.
