Flamingo 307 - Studio In Sea Point Central

The location and safety were great for a solo traveller. It was clean and have everything you need for a stay.

Safe. Secure. Neat. Good location and view.

No cleaning service. No bins to empty rubbish.

Huge smart tv and aircon.

Very small bathroom, couldn't access google/browser from the tv, the floor was sticky, not enough wardrobe space for 2 people and couldn't open the balcony door.

The apartment was clean. Good location. It is close to a lot of things. It's just a 2min walk away from Mojo Market. We were able to see the lion's head from our apartment. It is right next to The Nines.

The toilet and the shower are too small. There was no liquid soap for the dishes and no cleaning mop stick. We expected to find these things because they don't provide cleaning services, we had to clean for ourselves. The location is a bit tricky to find. On our arrival we had to wait for more than 30 minutes at the reception because they couldn't find our apartment keys.

Room was cosy, bed was comfy. Perfect for a couple of nights stay. Amazing view of lions head and close to all amenities you would need.
