Flamingo 307 - Studio In Sea Point Central

The place is way too small.....and it is not on the beach front. The noise id unbesrsble. I eaited forever to check in. The codes that were sent didnt work. The bathroom is very small The plates in the kitchen were all chipped.

Great location, modern, good interior spec. & comfortable with all the self-carering items.

Cleaning service not included, wifi not working.

Location is excellent, very close to the seafront, as well as many restaurants.

Given the location, it is fairly noisy throughout the night.

The location it’s close to everything basically central. The room had everything except a hairdryer but the room was spacious

Bathroom was too small

Aircon was great, good location, friendly staff at reception, felt secure, modern & clean room

Ran out of toilet paper and staff wouldn’t give more so had to purchase our own

The apartment was bigger than I expected. The apartment is well located, close to everything. The bed is very comfortable, we always missed our morning activities 😄 we had everything for a perfect stay.

Bathroom sink which is too small. We barely could wash our faces without making the floor wet.
