Close to the beach and shops around are a convenient.

The WiFi in our room was terrible we actually didn’t have WiFi we were using another room’s WiFi. Towels were not changed after the 3 days as mentioned.

The location was very good

Two toilet rolls were given for the week and we were told no more could be provided. The staff were very rude and not accommodating. After days of our QR code working, it then stopped working. The staff then couldn’t find the key for our room or the master key for the building. A lock smith was then called out to help us into our room. We were locked out for over 2 hours with no apology. We then requested a room clean for the inconvenience caused (you don’t get room cleans for less than a week stay) and they agreed. However, our room was never cleaned. We would not recommend staying here.

The place exceeded my expectations and matched the online pictures perfectly. It was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and situated in an ideal location. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return in the future.

The location was very good. Two large supermarkets within 2-1/2 blocks, as well as the Mojo Food Market. Very close to the Seapoint Promenade and the bus stop for the Hop On/Hop Off buses, and Day Tour buses. Easy to get to the Downton area, and other attractions

Room is quite small. Tight spaces for walking in the room, and only room for 1 person in the kitchen at a time. The balcony is also very small, not really enough room for two people to sit out
