The place was good but the booking was bad

They sent us the wrong adress it was raining, me and my partner was walking up and down in the main road looking and trying to get hold of the place,when we found it we open a door that was already guest in,our hostess apologize and ask us to stay an hour later only to come back and the door was locked cause no one was informed we had to ask the staff to open cause we want our stuff to book out
