beautiful rooms just as pics advertise

2 point plugs at the bedside did not work had to charge phone from the plug where the kettle is. my sister & partner is on 6th floor and are from Jhb compared the room I got to theirs as they booked in a full week no iron in their room , filthy mop,my room had 2 comfy kitchen chairs and theirs not.me. my family had a different experience, different floor same building I will think twice before choosing the flamingo not sure if I'll be this lucky next time or might experience what my family is and they only booking out tomorrow.

very poor service. 20 minutes past check in time and the room was still not ready. room was still dirty when we checked in. property admin no longer replied with questions and concerns. ad showed free airport pick up but there was none. the property admin said he/she will escalate to management but did not get back to me anymore. qr code scanner for the room malfunctioned frequently.

Great location, secure building, beautiful apartment. Fully furnished with all necessary appliances.

The apartment is quite small, the bathroom is worse and generally uncomfortable. I had a bad experience as none of the plugs were working in my room for the 2 days I was there, I couldn't charge my fone, watch TV, use the kettle or the stove etc. Tried calling to resolve the situation to no avail.
