Was in a good location

The shower was not in good working condition to the point that no one had showers for 3 days after the first couple of attempt with next to no water pressure and difficulty of getting temperature right there was no point you would of had a better shower standing in the rain . No oven tray for oven and had to make do with tinfoil that I just happen to bring. The floor in the hallway is uneven, they send all these automated instructions on cleaning but don’t provide the cleaning equipment like a vacuum or spray and wipe or plug for the sink to do dishes properly. The lawn were long when arrived then the next day they were mowed but no warning that they were coming would have been ok if was given a heads up but why not done before we got there as they blocked the exit and felt like we couldn’t leave until they were done.I wished I read the reviews before booked as it seems like it was the same experience for everyone to the point they had plenty of time to fix the problem but not it has the potential to be a good place they just need to fix the issues or at least the shower that was the biggest issue for me and update the photo as it show a bed in the lounge but there wasn’t and I was relying on that bed but had to have two share a room because they changed it to sofa bed but doesn’t supply the sheet of anything for them

Good value for money, with plenty of space and beds to suit a group or family. There was good parking, a nice big deck, free Wi-Fi, and a good TV. The property has potential and is a great place for groups or families to stay, but with a few changes it could be a much more comfortable, enjoyable stay.

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately it didn’t meet expectations. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I hope this feedback helps improve things for future guests. The shower was either very hot or very cold with almost no water pressure. I can see from previous reviews that other guests have experienced the same issue, so it’s disappointing that this still hasn’t been resolved after multiple complaints. The bathroom fan didn’t work, both the shower and sink were missing drain covers, the toilet area wasn’t clean, and some of the bedding had stains. We found a live cockroach in the lounge and cockroach bait in most cupboards, suggesting an ongoing issue. When we opened the fridge, water from a previous spill or defrost leaked all over the floor, luckily there was a mop. The listing says there is a hair dryer and an iron, however we couldn’t use them as they had international plugs with no adaptors available. The kitchen had no plug for the sink, limited cutlery, and no basic cleaning products or extra rubbish bags, even some fly spray would be helpful given the cockroach issue. The house also needs maintenance, the hallway floor felt unstable, a cupboard handle was close to falling off, one of the slat beds was broken, and the lawns hadn’t been maintained.

Modern decor, Plenty of beds, big lounge, clean, big T.V. with great selection of channels. WiFi. Great parking, quiet neighborhood, close to fun activities & shops, communication with owner was good. Price was great

Another person was on property that we were unaware of in another closed off area. Never saw them, car parked in the carport just came and went, future users need to be notified of this. It was a little difficult to get right water temperature from shower mixer.

Location

Dirty carpet, broken floor at places in corridor. Broken bed in one room. No towel hanger in bathroom. Very few kitchen items.

It felt like we were staying at a family home, however the beds in the end room were very flimsy.

The fact that a single guy came to stay in the single room but saw 7 of us ladies and was not happy to “intrude” as he put it.

Location

We booked this property assuming we had the entire house, only to return and find another couple staying in an adjoining room — with no prior notice. If we had known, we would have stayed elsewhere. It felt like a major invasion of privacy. The cleanliness was subpar: dirty dishes and utensils, no frying pan, spoons and breakfast bowls, only 4 plastic mugs for a group of 11. The kitchen lacked basic essentials like a chopping board, tongs, spatula, serving spoon, or oven trays. A tiny 5L bathroom bin was provided for the kitchen with no spare liners, and there was no dish rack and sink plug. The shower had only hot or cold settings, making it unbearable for most of us. We also found mouse droppings in the oven drawer and ants and chewing gum in the kitchen bin. This was a disappointing and uncomfortable stay — we do not recommend this property, especially for families.
