Lovely space for family gathering.

The location is amazing

The location and cleanliness of the property as well as parking space.

There was no vacuum cleaner in the property, which I felt was a bit disappointing as it compromised check out cleaning. The body wash and hand wash container were near empty.

No meal service, however, facilities were great for all our cooking and feeding 8 people, especially 5 under 13. Nice large lounge that enabled the family to come together with family accommodated at other places around Rotorua City, for debrief on the basketball games played by all the children. Plenty bedding and towels, although there was no washing machine the laundromat was 6 mins away by car, for washing the children’s basketball gear. There was lots of grass area around the house, although we didn’t use it, other than for parking of the vehicles.

Not having a washing machine. No vacuum cleaner, with so many children, a vacuum would have been good.

The shower isnt warm..its either hot or cold!

Hot water system in shower. Everyone within our family faced issue with shower water. That was either too hot if we twist tap towards hot water then it was coming extremely hot and if we twist to middle or any side it was coming cold water. None of our family member could take their shower and ended up just washing feets.

Bath area hot water and cold cant mix it.
