Large spacious house well located.

Needs a deep clean. I sent photos over as the bathrooms were disgusting, mouldy, blocked sinks full of hair, shower heads full of limescale. Plates, cutlery & glasses needed cleaning before use There was one toilet roll per bathroom, no extras for 7 of us. No spare bin bag or kitchen spay. Door to the downstairs toilet doesn't work, no locks on the bathrooms. I have been advised that these issues will be addressed, no good for me but hopefully will be better for other guests.

The location was great, the house itself is very nice, great facilities. The instructions are clear, and the guide book is very useful.

If I had to be picky I would say the downstairs toilet latch wasn't working and there were no locks.

My family and I have just completed a weekend stay at this property, location was lovely, 5 minute drive from Filey and with a lovely little pub right next door. Parking for two cars, all the beds were really comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, dishes etc. We would definitely stay again.

Just a few little niggles that would make the stay more enjoyable if improved upon. Although the majority of the property was clean it was not spotless. We found a lump of hair stuck to the shower wall in one of the bathrooms, the ovens hadn’t been cleaned as they both had trays with used foil on them still in them, some of the cutlery and glasses were not clean at all so we felt we had to wash everything before use. There were no spare bin bags to change the bin with, no kitchen spray for cleaning down the kitchen and no spare toilet rolls. The boiler is tiny and only one person can have a warm shower without having to put it on for an extra hour which was a bit inconvenient as there were 6 adults and 2 children staying. Like I said above however, we did enjoy our stay and would book again but hopefully the comments we’ve left will be taken on board for next time.

Good quiet location, layout of the property was very good for a family with the 2 lounges. Welcome pack much appreciated. Parking was no issue for two cars. Very well equipped, had everything you could need. Pub next door was handy, did lovely food and were very welcoming.

Nothing

Great location, easy to explore the area and enjoy the local walks. Very spacious and well equipped property. Three good size double rooms and a further bunk bed room. Loads of wardrobe and drawer space. Superbly equipped kitchen with all appliances, complimentary coffee pods were a nice bonus.

Parking more than one car could be an issue. The road outside the property is very busy and very noisy unfortunately.

15 emails from hosts about a 2 night stay is excessive. Mattresses felt cheap and knackered especially considering the cost of the stay.
