Whilst on our stay there was multiple issues, we had a beeping electrical box at 22:30 in our room when we complained they stated no one could fix it till the next day, they cut all electricity out from 21:30 until after Monday the next day, no WiFi, all our food in the fridge went bad, no access to our room as it was passcode and they didn’t provide us with a key until we asked for one and they said they’d give it to us when we returned. When we requested more toilet paper they stated we were meant to provide this ourselves. Cleaning was meant to be every 4 days but we received it few days late. We had hidden cash on one of the shelves under some dishes and when we returned the money was gone when we asked the staff they said the cleaner stated we left it on the table for her (this was not the case) they stated we’d have to wait until the next day to get this money back or confront the cleaner about it. Instead we checked out early as it was ridiculous.

Elevator was out of order for almost a whole day and climbing 7 stories of stairs up and down was not fun

Everything was great the apartment was cozy and clean just qhat wanted the nice lady at the reception was very kind and sweet very welcoming i had no problem with anything would definitely recommend it !.Great location too would definitely stay there again .

We were robbed!! The bed was dirty – the hotel didn’t take care of anything and just made us wait. They said they were investigating the theft, but in reality they didn’t do anything.
