the stairs into the properly are very steep - not for anyone with mobility issues!

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and lots of added extras like board games, books and a beautiful hamper on arrival filled with lots of little goodies from stays york! Such a nice touch! Located right in the centre of everything, great views of York minster, and all the rooftops! Apartment was decorated beautifully and I just really didn't want to leave! Very spacious also!

Furniture was beautiful and looked great but was a bit limited for comfy seating in the living area, maybe a comfy sofa or chair could be added as we were all fighting over the sofa but was fine for 2 nights. Apartment was on 4th floor which was fine for us but lots of stairs to climb so if any mobility issues may not be suitable.

An excellent apartment that is really well maintained, comfortable and attractive. The location was fabulous - right in the heart of the city, making everything very accessible. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and had quite a quirky layout with the open plan kitchen, dining and living area being on a slightly lower level than the rest of the apartment.

My son complained that his bed was uncomfortable- too soft (but that could easily be down to preference). The apartment was on the top floor of several flights of stairs. This didn't bother us at all, but something to be aware of.

The location and amenities are great.

I know it’s a structural issue, but I definitely think the property needs to consider putting radiators into the home. We definitely had sources of heat from the heated floors to a movable radiator, but think about installing them to warm all of the rooms.
