ORMA - By The Beach Goa

The location was really good.

The checkout policy, where the host charged us 1.5k per hour post the checkout time, even after a humble request. I personally found it really bad compared with my past stays. Also, the Host was really rude and used the word "Leave" instead of saying "thank you" while checking out. The host was very arrogant, which made us hate our stay, even though it was comfortable. A big NO, if I want to recommend this stay to anyone else. Also, the mattress wasn't really comfortable.

Amazing , Amazing , Amazing ................ fanatic beach stay ,well maintained,i can say British standard so people have no other way to think how the place is maintained , can and wood mix furniture , ha that old Goan look , not what we see in all this new trend homestays , I could feel I am staying in a Goan Portuguese influenced house , the man behind it you can say he is the designer , the creator of this place , we have to ask him nothing as its told to us well in advance , book with this Gentleman Sam ,he is amazing Goan man . there are many people renting in Benaulim and I stayed in lot of places but this place is the best 5 Stars foe sure

Interior was to a very good standard, owner was helpful sorting out the tv. Pleasant complex of large properties and nice pool even though our block was not overlooking the pool. Great beach access via short walk

Just be aware that some of the properties appear dated from the outside and some are being renovated. Our property didnt have stairs as shown in some pictures. Not many utensils but we never ate in as there was so much choice from restaurants and bars
