ZAThe rooftop pool. The keyless doors (use pin to open door) The check-in process, Zandile was expecting me. The quietness of the area and the hotel.
That there is no smoking areas on the property, we had to go all the way outside to smoke. Can't even smoke by the rooftop pool.

It would be great if the property could be a bit more flexible with bookings, especially in cases where guests miss several nights unintentionally. In my case, we lost 7 nights, and while I understand policies are in place, it would have been appreciated if at least one night could’ve been added as a gesture of goodwill when extending the stay. A bit of flexibility in such cases would go a long way in showing care for returning guests.
ZAThe apartment was perfect, safe and central location . Beautiful roof top pool, perfect for a couple stay, had all necessary facilities for a comfy stay and hosts are very speedy with responses however, we had issues with our shower drain flooding but other than that it was a perfect stay
ZAZAZAReception wouldn’t let me leave my bag in their little storage since I arrived in the city early and they don’t have an early check in option, then after check out my flight was later they wouldn’t let me leave my bag in storage either. Basically useless short term storage facility. It is there they just won’t let you use it.
