Really terrific space--we will absolutely be staying here again if we travel to Bangor. Ideally located downtown, very pretty area. Easy check in and the room was beautiful! I'm telling all my friends: stay at the Phenix!

"Good one night stay"

No issues with the room. It was clean and had a nice view. Bed was comfortable.

Be mindful not to check in early even if room appears to be ready. The building has a strict process for ensuring rooms are ready.

There was a coffee shop in the lobby that made excellent espresso drinks. Several restaurants were in walking distance to the hotel.

The building did not feel very secure because of people being able to wander in from the coffee shop and go up the elevator.

The location was nice. Room was clean. Nice coffee maker and a local coffee house on the 1st floor

No microwave, no iron or ironing board.
