The Phenix Historic DTWN Hotel, King Bed Room #300

Easy parking, easy (online) check-in, good size room with everything we needed, quiet. The location is great for walking to restaurants. There's a coffee shop in the lobby.

I loved that it was within walking distance to alot of attractions and amazing places to eat. Everything was extremely clean and well presented. The ease of check in was great and the communication from the staff was also spot on

It was such a quiet building that you could hear every single time somebody opened and closed their doors and the hallways echoed.

Location was amazing with good venues for food and drink. We liked the historic look and feel of the building too.

Genuinely 10/10 on every box - even considering the self check in process, the staff responded to messages and questions within sixty seconds. Immaculate cleanliness, couldn’t ask for a better location in Bangor, great food (special nod to Evenroods) and drinks (Blaze cocktails Nextdoor) at a value that is to die for. The public parking is literally right there as well, no convoluted journey or headache at all

The location was excellent. Car park was very close and easy access. Check in was very easy and smooth with host providing excellent instructions.

I was only there one night so there wasn’t anything that I did not like. The bed was very nice but soft and I require a firm mattress but this was not the property’s issue.

The room was very spacious and immaculate. The location was great and all staff members were spoke to were lovely. The coffee shop down stairs was also exceptional.

Nothing, everything exceeded my expectations.

So easy to check in and out and just a great experience. Disappointed to discover it’s. 2-star hotel. Worthy of being better rated!
