5-BR 3-BTH Newington Apartment - Modern & Spacious

Nice apartment, airy and clean. Good layout. Close enough to the historic center.

Third floor without elevator. The stairs and the front yard are run down. The fifth bedroom is very small and has no window.

The living area was very large and comfortable.

We were glad we didn't have to use the bedroom with no window.

Pictures in description taken long time ago. Very dated. Carpet seam ripped and loose so dangerous for tripping. I husband fell. ENTRY WAY WAS DISGUSTING. Dirty, animal droppings left several days, etc. CAN'T IMAGINE BOOKING.COM WOULD RECOMMEND.

location was great. right outside there is a bus stop as well.

3 flight of floors, no lift...

The ironing board wasn't in great condition. Some of our party found the stairs difficult as there was 3 flights but we did know that before arrival

It was terrific for our multi generational stay. We walked and also caught the bus into central town. The hosts were very responsive.

Spacious, lots of space to gather as a group, be it the kitchen or the living area.

It was a narrow 3 storey climb to get up and down, a bit difficult with luggages. On some darker days, the lighting at the stairwell was poor so we had to turn on our own torches. Also, the sound proofing in the house was poor, could hear people from the other rooms easily, and also hear the wind howling and banging against the windows at night.
