5-BR 3-BTH Newington Apartment - Modern & Spacious

Apartment well equipped and decorated, everything working perfectly. The very attentive host who provided all the necessary information for a pleasant stay. Excellent option for family travel.

There is no elevator, there are three flights of stairs.

The rooms were lovely, beds were very comfortable and there was lots of space for us all to use. The hosts were very good at responding quickly to any queries we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The only minor thing I noticed was that a few of the doors creaked when opening/closing then, which had the potential to wake others up when so many people shared the apartment. My niece stayed in one bedroom which only had a sky light window but there was no way of covering this window to block the light therefore the room was very light early in the morning.

Great for a family. Able to have individual rooms. Laundry washer was very helpful.

3 flights of stairs with no lift.

Great, comfortable apartment! Plenty of room for the 5 of us to have privacy and be together at the same time!

The steps! 3rd floor but really 4 flights. Just something to consider especially if traveling with elderly family members.

Spacious, and very clean . The apartment can accomodate 10 people. If you need to cook , the kitchen is well equipped and the stores are within reach. The staff are very accomodating and helpful.

The location is really more than 30 minutes walk from the train station but the bus stop is just 5 steps from the door. The apartment is on the top floor and quite difficult for the elderly , but it’s understandable because most of the houses and buildings are old and have no lift. The apartment is modernized but outside is not maintained and look really dirty and quite smelly also. Another thing is , it is quite difficult to open the door downstairs but we were warned before hand .
