The keys were not working properly. Was rectified the day after check in

The stairs! Very dark , not enough lighting during the evening

Great apartment. Bus stop is right outside, but also only a 10 minute walk to the university. Edinburgh is quite easy to catch the bus or walk.

Located on the 4th floor - stairs only.

Good Location Exactly like the pictures

You have to climb three flights of stairs to reach the apartment. There is no lift so not suitable for the elderly or those with mobility issues. The lock doesn't always open, I reached out to the landlord who sent me a video suggesting I keep wiggling the key till it opens. I was there for over 15 mins. I found a dead fly in my bed.

Lots of space Well decorated

Lovely spacious flat. Very well decorated. Looks like it has all been recently refurbished.V comfy beds. Very clean. Great location. Bus stop outside door and easy access to Princes St...bus or 15 minute walk . Lots of places to eat close by, supermarkets less than 5 mins walk.

Tenement flat on top floor...so up 3 flights of steps.So not suitable if you have mobility issues. Shared stairwell which was noisy at weekend with other tenants. But you're in the city so that's to be expected and it didn't bother us ...just be aware if you did have young children with you as 2 bedrooms at front were noisy. Other 3 bedrooms at back were quiet.

The apartment is so large, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus living room and kitchen..we stay days without seeing each others 🤣. I love it, quiet at night and bright during the day. Closed to the pool that was important for us and 30mins walk to Edinburgh castle. It was great value for money. Easy communication with the agency. It is positioned in the 3rd floor so good exercise for all of us. Best place in Edinburgh for a large group of people 👍🏻
