The rooms are so small it was very difficult to have two suitcases open in the room.

The location was not bad, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards I would expect from a five-star hotel. The staff member who showed us to our breakfast seats was unfriendly and curt, and the room did not seem to have been cleaned properly. There was a strange odor in the room, and the view was disappointing. Both the bed and the bathroom had an unpleasant, unclean smell. After housekeeping, a sunscreen product left behind by a previous guest was placed on our bed as if it belonged to us, which made us question the hotel’s cleaning and management standards. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and general management system felt inadequate for a five-star property. Considering the price, I would choose a different hotel next time.
