The room and the bathroom were clean

A rooster started screaming so loudly at 4:30 am right beneath the window and continued every half an hour! The bed was completely uneven, it had such big bumps! The stairs inside the house were uncoated - made of bare cement. The renovation is not finished. The door had a glass part, so whenever someone turned on the light in the corridor at night, the room became light. When I complained to the host about these flaws in the morning and asked for a compensation of at least a half of the payment, he said that he couldn’t do it, just suggested to mark our stay as “no show” on booking.com and give us the commission of the booking.com services. As we were having breakfast he continued watching a TV show about criminals loudly in the kitchen.

Location just nice in the middle of neighborhood so we can round and see people's daily life. Market also not so far and you can walk to the Mausoleum of Amir Temur. 3 rooms available upper stairs and living room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. there are 2 toilets, only one has shower. Free water available at dispenser and refilled everyday by owner. Great kitchen.

There's rat in toilet but the owner help us when saw it's died. Suddenly it was blackout 2 or 3 times at night since there was no AC we are very hot in room. The toilet at downstairs, need to go down in the midnight and switch all the lights if you need bathroom. No proper plate at kitchen, after cooked we don't know how to put the food properly and eat. Also no table for dining room. After done cooking, we just eat on the floor at the kitchen because the sofa at living room packed with other guests and owner for their discussion.
