The owner of this guesthouse is wonderful; he is welcoming, he makes you feel at home from the very first, and he's quick to respond to messages. The rooms are clean and spacious, the Wi-Fi is strong, the bathroom is modern and squeaky clean, and the neighbourhood is quiet.

The only real problems are that the staircase leading from the first to the second storey is coated in dust and that the bed is missing its mattress--it's just a box spring.

It was so beautiful and extremely clean. The owner went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. In one instance we didn’t have the local 3 pin plug so he made it our way so we could charge our devices. Thank you so much ❤️

There is only tissue for washroom, should be water for use for Middle East and asian peoples.

The House is very well located, close to everything you want to see in Samarkand, but in a peaceful area (I have slept like a baby). The owner and his son are most welcoming, thoughtful and kind, they will communicate with you No matter the language you speak (my russian is awful) and make you feel like home. I was travelling by myslef and felt very safe and welcome. The rooms have super comfortable beds (I have slept in 2 different bedrooms, as in the meantime I was in bukhara, so I can tell:)), are super clean, big and beautifully furnished. There is both AC and heater, in the bathroom and kitchen downstairs there was a floor heating, which was very nice in December :) For me important was also the internet, because I had some calls from work that week and it worked perfectly!!! Thank you very much for you kindness and hospitality!

In the winter it might be a little drawback, as there is only one bathroom downstairs amd you must pass through not heated hall. But the bathroom is fully equipped, floor heated, SUPER clean and you can use the laundry machine. Next there is a very nice kitchen that you can use too :)
