Guest house "Behruz 5 star"

-The owner is a really nice man. I enjoyed meeting him. -Comfortable rooms. -Great location. -Owner easy to contact and helpful.

Nice and clean room. Shared kitchen. Well situated for sightseeing on foot.

The bathroom is on the ground floor, which was less practical at night.

Ravshan made extra effort to make us something else after I told him we couldn't eat Beef. Extremely accommodating host!

The hosts are very hospitable and friendly, they will immediately help you with everything you ask. The guest house is located approximately 20 minutes on foot from Registan and other tourist places or 5 minutes from the Emir Timur Mausoleum. Everything in the room was very clean.

The only minus is the restroom, there is only one per house. But it seems the hosts are constructing 2 more new restrooms.

Behruz named after the owner’s son. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Ongoing renovation for another shared bathroom ongoing by owner’s itself. Was too early (6:30am)for check in ,on the first day, but the owner straight away and clean up and prepare the room for us early in the morning. Thanks to the owner that was very helpful and let us in immediately.

Shared bathroom , but the toilet is very very clean dont worry.

Unfortunately we had to pay 14 dollars extra at check-in, which was not listed in the booking confirmation. Afterwards he also miscalculated 10 dollars in his favor. The car was parked downstairs in the hallway and every time it was driven away, exhaust fumes came into our room. He only gave feedback on the last evening as to whether he had registered us. Contrary to the pictures, there was no fruit for breakfast. Other guests often opened our room door. The heating didn't make it very warm in the room.
