Cosy room 10 min from beach

Justin is a friendly, intelligent and easy-going host and he is helpful with advice about Brighton. He is quick to respond to any messaged query. I thoroughly enjoyed his company. The flat was clean and tidy, the bedroom is small (as stated) but has enough shelves and hanging space for my week's stay. There is a bus stop right outside the front door, a seven minute ride will get you to the city centre. There are lots of good pubs and cafe's five minutes walk away in Kemptown and it's a ten minute walk to the beach.

Clean and comfortable room and host was friendly. A little away from centre but well served by buses - no 2 outside and various at the bottom of the road. Very good Independent pub less than 10 minute walk away.

Lovely accommodation. Very helpful and welcoming host. Would definitely stay here again.

The spare / guest room was the first door as you entered the apartment. So no need to walk through the whole place and feel awkward. The host worked from home, and was very pleasant. Good location, and easy walk to one of the main shopping streets in Brighton. Went to a very nice local cafe, "Rust" several times.

Good communication with host. Parking on site and convenient for Brighton and beach.

Fine for a short break.
