good location in the City, a good coffee shop right next door with very friendly service

Some street noise, because you can only drink bottled water, it would be better to have a regular supply rather than two small bottles

This was a very convenient location, close to Condesa and Roma Norte neighborhoods with lots of good food in walking distance. The room and bed were very comfortable, facilities worked well, and the balcony let in nice light. The wifi worked well through the stay.

Convenient location, easy check-in

Room was not that clean, many mosquitos inside the apartment making our night miserable

The location was incredible. Right in the heart of Roma Norte, easy walk to many restaurants and bars. The space was beautifully decorated and very spacious. AC was nice on warmer days! There's a really nice coffee shop right next to the hotel which was a great bonus.

We stayed 1 week and requested another roll of toilet paper and another shower towel near the end of our stay and we're denied both? I've never heard of denying guests commonplace amenities such as toilet paper...

El lugar es increíble, hay muchos restaurantes, cafés y bares cerca. La cama son cómodas y el sillón también. El departamento cuenta con todas las amenidades necesarias!

Tuvimos un ligero problema con el baño, ya que por falta de potencia no funcionaba. Tuvimos que estar yendo al baño de la terraza.

Good size room and good location

The staff at the reception desk were unbothered, like if they were doing me a favour by letting me stay there. A bit of an attitude from the woman at the reception counter quite rude and arrogant. They don’t have room clean services unless you pay for it which pretty disappointing, rude and a ripoff considering how much it costs to stay there. Ridiculous policy really.
