Non era ben pulita, soprattutto il bagno e la cucina. La spugna della cucina era già stata usata ed era sporca e in bagno c’era già una carta igienica quasi finita più la doccia con vari buchi e parti rotte, dove oltretutto abbiamo visto uscire uno scarafaggio gigante.

Location is just perfect, in the middle where the Lisbon night happens.

I reserved for 3 people but there were o only towels and bed sheets for 2. Since I arrived around 9pm, nobody replied my messages and did not help with this situation. I actually never received any reply even in the following morning apologising for that. It made our night a little uncomfortable. It’s a 3rd floor apartment without elevator, only stairs. Not a problem to me, but could be a problem for people with large luggage.
