"Ubicación tranquila, apartamento pequeño"

Si sois dos personas, el apartamento está genial pero en nuestro caso éramos 6 y no estaba habilitado a pesar de indicar que sí. Solo disponía de una cama, un colchón en el suelo, un sofá de lo más incómodo y lo demás eran futones. Muy pequeño y la piscina no estaba disponible…

Muy pequeño y no apto para 6 personas.

"De paso"

Ubicado en muy buena zona y un barrio seguro. Las zonas comunes están muy bien cuidadas y la piscina es muy grande. Cuenta con un gran supermercado enfrente. La cocina del apartamento está muy equipada y se accede mediante código.

Había varias sillas rotas, la "cama" supletoria era incómoda y el piso se notaba algo viejo y sucio. Nos encontramos varias cucarachas pequeñas.

Condo was nice and comfy, close to all amenities

Has a couple of cockroaches running around the place. The elevator situation is ridiculous. Had to wait for 15/20 minutes most times, and even then it was completely full so had to wait for another to do its loop to the too floor before it came back down again. If you’re in a hurry to go anywhere, this isn’t the place to stay.

Staff and hosts very good and the lady who helped me with TV and other set up was most helpful and friendly The lady who assisted me to pack boxes on my departure was excellent and friendly. Sorry ladies I have already forgotten your names.

I requested and early check in because I had travelled far from Romblon provinve and have trouble walking unaided I had to wait in the lobby for a LONG time... I accept early book in would have been a favour.... so I will leave it at that.... But still disappointed On checkout I had to fetch my own trolley.. up and down lift and waited long time... Then back down again... Poter did assist me with trolley when he saw me downstairs.... Most grateul. TOILET SEAT needs replacing... IT is too smalll for the seat.... Horrible.
