No 3 Lingdale - 4 bedroom house close to N Yorks Moors

Location is fine, We made our own breakfast which was very nice.

Stairs, I am 70 and the wife is 64. The stairs to the 1st floor are very steep and if it wasn't for the handrails neither of us would have been able to climb the stairs other than on our backside, however we opted to sleep in the attic bedroom which was another flight of stairs but also had a handrail.

Such a beautiful spacious property, Lovely decor and courtyard. Furnished very well and a well stocked kitchen. Amazing value for money and would have paid more.

The bed covers seemed to have little hairs on them so not sure what that was?

Beautiful property, Very clean. Plenty of room, a homely feel. Perfect for us and the children. Loved the Christmas touch, with the Christmas tree and decorations. Kids loved it very much.

House is clean and plenty of space. beautiful high ceilings, comfortable.. close to a beach and local amenities.

did have areas of damp,whilst it didn't affect the stay, it obviously may cause concern for some people

Comfy beds, spacious, nice welcome pack. Facilities plenty of. Location ideal for purpose.

Shame about many patches of damp and paint and plaster decaying. Decor too fussy and could have been a bit cleaner, There were signs of snails that had gone across living room carpet over a period of days prior to our arrival. A fresh coat of paint of nuteral colours would be a vast improvement.

Everything you need, good location for beaches and moors. Gorgeous little courtyard, had a fab bbq

One of the sheets kept pinging off the mattress, but that was it.. everything else was amazing
