No 3 Lingdale - 4 bedroom house close to N Yorks Moors

Large spacious rooms, amazing facilities included in the kitchen and bathroom. Close to amenities and a short drive to various seaside towns

Bed slightly too soft for my liking but not really an issue

The accommodation was superbly equipped with every conceivable extra.It was clean, cozy and very comfortable.Extremely good value for money,and very quiet during the night.A great base from which to explore the dales,and the beautiful east coast beaches.Communication was first class. p s complimentary wine,water,and milk on arrival as well as tea,sugar etc.,is a great touch!

The property is large and equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It also exceptionally clean which we were all very happy about and really fantastic showers. The first floor bathroom had also just been upgraded so that was a great bonus. I think a few more photographs showcasing the bathroom facilities would be beneficial. FYI The chip shop around the back closes at 8.30pm. 10mins from Saltburn and easy access to other local sites. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The bed for me personally was a bit too soft and I feel the sheets could do with being updated but for the price offered you can't go wrong.

Large, spacious house. Very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Well stocked with everything you might need such as tea & coffee. Lots of character. Recommended!

The property had everything you wanted, it was very clean and tidy.

There was nothing that we didn't like

Property has everything you could possibly need, WiFi, 2 bathrooms, private garden, 4 bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen etc etc. Reasonably priced and good value for money, nothing to fault with the property itself. Very clean on arrival, easy access, very nice chippy at the back of the house, where you can find free parking. Wine and water on arrival with fresh milk in the fridge 😁. Beds were comfortable, shower was amazing.

Location isn't the best, suggest you research this first before booking. There is a pub next door to the property but luckily this is closed down 🫣

We loved the house, everything you could need and more. Lovely treat to have a bottle of wine and sparkling water on arrival. Old meets modern twist in this property. We loved the private garden a great little getaway. Well done to the owners Anthony and Jane, Great communication lovely hosts. Would highly recommend x

It was central to our travelling needs.

Very steep stairs. The rug in the entrance hall is a slip hazard, no slip mat in the bath & and no information pack about the house i.e. how things work and how things should be left, also no near by attractions and places you should visit would be nice.

The kitchen was well equipped

Booked and paid for 2 nights. Stayed for only 1 and left at first light. Heavy negative atmosphere on first and second floors made it scary to sleep or use the bathroom. Best for a large group. I didn't use the bedding but it does need a complete makeover....
