No welcome book, tray, anything, felt impersonal. Having to strip the beds? Several messages saying what you have to do when leaving.

"Lovely stay"

The place was very comfortable with lots of space. The accessibility features were great and one of the main reasons I booked this place. The location is excellent. We hope to come back here again in the future.

Could have done with a few more basics in the kitchen and a fan or two for the hot weather but these were small issues.

"Gatekeepers Cottage"

Lovely cottage, very clean & well presented. Beds were comfortable & nice clean sheets. Very well decorated & kitchen was well organised.

Did not like having to strip the beds before we left & put dirty sheets & towels ready for laundry. Surely this is the cleaner's job? A book of useful info would've been handy, but believe the owner is currently updating this.

"Perfect for a short stay"

The cottage is fairly unique and is fully accessible from a dedicated parking area. Inside is very well presented with excellent bathroom and kitchen again with ♿ in mind.

The old gate lodge had charm and features Was very clean with good comfortable beds And everything you need for a short stay

Maybe a microwave would help but the induction pans were as good as
