The property is not a usual word for me but quaint, it's in a lovely area but stands out. It is warm cosy and perfect to relax in. It is to a very high standard. Katie was on call and responded quickly which was to let her know we had arrived and in. Will be staying there again at some point. Dave

Comfortable and warm accomodation. Kitchen compact, but had everything we needed.

Lack of information regarding the property and surrounding area. Information guest book would help. Key safe was open when I arrived at 5pm. Was sent a message asking me to turn the heating off when we vacated the property, but due to lack of information was unable to do that.

A lovely little cottage in a quiet residential area. Very clean and comfortable.

It misses the little extras, hairdryer, tea and coffee. However the facilities are very good if you bring your own.

Stunning building, fantastically renovated. We felt very relaxed and had everything we could possibly want. Great location . We needed to be in Exmouth for a few days and this accommodation provided a gorgeous base. The owner kept in contact via e mail and was helpful and informative. It's also wheelchair friendly as is one of the two bathrooms. , I cannot recommend this lovely gate lodge enough. You also get a free parking space, WiFi and sky TV.

Really minor point, could do with an hairdryer. Wife says its a major point, but its not.

Everything, location, facilities. All perfect.

What was there not to like.

Well presented, clean, warm, comfortable. We were extremely impressed with the quality and standard of the property. Stayed as working locally, but would book again for leisure purposes.
