The communication with the owner was responsive, I appreciated that I could quickly reach him when I arrived
The condition of the property was unacceptable: • The bed cover was dirty • The main door was broken and poorly patched with black plastic tape • There were uncovered food leftovers in the fridge • Trash was piled up outside near the entrance Due to these issues, I chose not to stay and booked a hotel room instead.

The staff, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room and facilities + availability of amenities
I just wish there was a full length mirror in the room because there were only two shared bathrooms and I had to rely on only the smaller mirror in there. I also wish more towels were provided Iike face cloths and hand towels.
