Beautiful property, recently renovated and run by the best host I have ever came across in the UK. The bedrooms are spacious with nice and comfortable beds, the bathroom has a modern and large shower with a Bluetooth mirror which my partner loved as he could play his music whilst being in there! The property is perfectly located, a hidden gem in the Lake District, in a quiet place which is perfect if you want to escape the city crowds. The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything for us to cook our Christmas dinner in there without any inconvenience. The host made sure the property was nice and warm before our arrival and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time in there. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to wind down, re-charge and have a peaceful time.

Great location & lovely property

Would have liked a microwave in the kitchen

Location, decor, modern add ons, the owner was lovely! We liked it very much, but just as it’s a new property just a few suggestions: it would be nice to have somewhere to dry wet clothes, also some of these new properties offer a small welcome gift with something local but as I say these are only suggestions, we found it all very beautiful and comfortable and Ady was very helpful.

This was a lovely recently renovated property with everything we could possibly need. You can tell Ady has spent a lot of time and effort with this renovation. We slept really well in the comfy bed with quality linen. Ideal for our dog because there’s a lovely walk just over the road down to the river. Spotlessly clean, real value for money. Thank you for a lovely weekend
