Kempies-Cozy house on the NC500

Spacious house, comfortable and cosy. Fully equipped kitchen and nice sitting room. Located inside the wee craft village!

The view directly outside is not very nice.

Gezellig huisje (naast een spookhuis) in een kunstenaarsdorpje. Zeer mooi en gezellig ingericht. Complete keuken. Goede bedden. Mooie locatie aan de NC500. Duidelijke communicatie, vriendelijke host.

Bij binnenkomst rook de woonkamer sterk. Dit vonden wij minder prettig.

The location was fantastic and the house would be excellent if it was clean

There had clearly been dogs staying before us and we couldn’t sit in the lounge due to the disgusting taste and smell of dogs

The place was a decent size for the four of us. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The town was so fun. The bunnies in the yard were so fun to watch.

We quickly discovered our socks got filthy from the floors, even though when we arrived, we could see and smell they’d just been washed. We had to carefully plan our showers with four of us to avoid ice cold showers. Kitchen could have used some more cooking supplies. I was so allergic the whole time I was there and wondered if dogs lived there normally. Pics online don’t show you’re next door to a rundown haunted house and junkyard of sorts across the street.

Yes when you first arrive it looks like you are entering a scrapyard and you think oh heck . Whilst reading up on the history of the village this is all in keeping with the vibe of the place .On entering the property it’s clean and tidy with everything you could want though . We would gladly stop here again and I can’t say fairer than that.

A plug in the bathroom sink would help .
