Stunning Little House on Poole Quay - Free Secure Parking & WiFi - in the heart of the Old Town - Great Location - Free Parking - Fast WiFi - Smart TV - Ne

Location perfect, a few minutes from the quay in a quiet location. Super bathroom and walk-in shower.

-There is a steep flight of stairs from the garage/front door up to the living room, and same again up to the bedroom - not great when you have mobility issues. We managed, but not comfortably. I had no idea there was two full flights of stairs or I would never have booked it. -The sofa in the living room is NOT as pictured – a big comfy-looking corner unit with a chaise lounge - it is a small 2-seater leather sofa less than half the size of the space - pic attached. -The TV was constantly dropping out with the message 'no service' appearing or so pixilated it was impossible to watch. We checked all the wires/arial and ensured they were all plugged in properly at the back but it was intermittent at best. Impossible to watch anything - pic attached (you can also see the uncomfortable metal folding dining chair in this one). -The dining room chairs are NOT as pictured, one was ok and similar to the pic but the other was a cheap hard metal folding chair and very uncomfortable (see pic of TV). -The duvet on the bed is the cheapest of cheap, nice sheets but spoiled by the cheap inner.

Location was convenient

Tight garage for a large car. Washing machine etc in the garage not convenient Limited wardrobe space, very clumsy drawers in the bedroom . Small shower was broken and water didn’t flow and no toilet roll holders. The lounge clock stopped at 8.47 for the entirety of our stay. Needs a refresh. The owners did not show any flexibility in early check in and the accommodation hadn’t been freshly cleaned - seemed stale. Not suitable for someone with limited mobility with only a toilet and a washing machine on the ground floor.

Great location right behind Poole Quay and close to shops, bars and restaurants. Stylish accommodation; clean, comfortable and perfect for a short break away.

On a cold November weekend the house was beautifully warm and cosy, tucked away behind the High Street it was convenient for the Pickled Berry restaurant (excellent) and cookery school where the coffee and fresh home made biscuits are also to be recommended

there was nothing to dislike but a mirror in the bedroom for hair drying would be nice, also a potato masher in the kitchen! I would also have liked to have the entry instructions earlier than 24 hours in advance (just because I am a micro manager)

The accommodation is close to Poole Quay, restaurants, pubs and bars. It had a good size kitchen area with all the utensils you would require. The bed was comfortable and there is a good sized and powerful shower en-suite. The garage is convenient and will take a family sized car (VW Golf etc.). If your car doesn't fit then there is a multi storey car park nearby. It is also close to the High Street and local shops.

Local businesses emptying their bins early in the morning was annoying. The light in the en-suite doesn't have an on/off switch and is on a sensor. If you use the bathroom then the light takes 10/15 mins to go out. The Smart TV did not work correctly. The sound levels kept changing of their own accord, many channels were no available and although the app was visible there was no Netflix. The remote controls didn't work. None of these TV problems were major, however, when I pointed them out and asked if they could be fixed I was assured that someone would call the next day to address them. Nobody came and there was no explanation as to why not. Finally, we were asked to put the rubbish/recycling in bins outside but they were padlocked so we couldn't use them.
