Very helpfull staff who bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. The little house was bigger inside than we imagined. Very comfortable, well equipped, amazing location and a garage!

Had a little trouble with the hot plates...the oven/grill was great.

Location perfect, house is so lovely, unusual and unique. Has everything you need to enjoy your stay, relax and chill. We had a great time.

The 3 flights of stairs were a bit steeper than expected but for younger fitter people would not be a problem at all.

Parking available in a garage but be beware as you won’t be advised until after you have paid that it’s only room for a small/medium car. (actually a very small car). once our car was in (VW SUV). you can’t use the dryer or washer as you are hard up against the dryer and washing machine. Advice is to park else where if the car doesn’t fit but no advice as to where to park is made available. It’s 3 levels. Garage ground, lounge / kitchen level 1 and bedroom level 2. Toilet is off the bedroom or next to the garage. Heating didn’t work. Had to go to the garage to fix and by this stage the unit was very cold. Hit the boost button which gave some warmth but the went cold again No milk and no toiletries also strict instructions on garbage removal and cleaning with additional charges if the unit wasn’t left as it was found. Well the couch was filthy with food crumbs all over it and a pair of socks in the dryer spinning around when we arrived. Loads of cleaning materials in the unit yet nothing to clean yourself with. No soap, no body wash and no shampoo or conditioner. Smart Tv available and usable if you have your own pay channels to log in on.

Everything about this house is stunning. The interior is beautifully done, quirky in some respects but so well thought out. It has everything you need including extras ie tea, coffee and biscuits, which is a lovely touch. I did see some reviews about the size of the garage, we were able to park a Peugeot 5008 Suv. Location, couldn't ask for anywhere more central, minutes away from centre. Communication was excellent. Would so recommend for a stay in Poole.

The property was as described, we really appreciate the quality of the fixtures & fittings. The decor was impressive & furniture very comfortable. We booked late but the communications & correspondence was smooth & efficient. Thank you.

Nothing that affected our stay. The only thing which we felt could have added to the already impressive fixtures, is a lamp by the sofa.

Clean , tidy and great location

Fantastic to have a garage to park your car, our SUV fitted perfectly. Great location for all local amenities. The apartment was kitted out with everything you could need, very speedy wifi.

Nothing apart from stairs as we live in a bungalow!!!!!!🤣🤣🤣
