The location was excellent. Put the car in the garage and walked around the Quay and town centre with ease. We had family close by so any further distance they came to pick us up. Highly recommended

The only tiny thing but worth a mention was the step at the bottom of the stairs. I nearly came a cropper because my heel hit the insert coming down the stairs. I see why it has been done that way but could be dangerous for the elderly.

Stayed at the Little House for 2 nights in Oct. Ideally situated and really good to have your own secure parking. This lovely place is on 3 floors and includes an extra loo downstairs. All connected with quite a steep staircase - you'll need to be careful taking cases up. We were very impressed with the house generally and the fixtures and fittings.

Beautiful home. Really useful to have parking. Easily able to walk to places in the town.

No negatives about the house but the only thing was that the ally that it was next to was filthy and the bins were over spilling on to the floor.

Could have done with a mirror upstairs to dry our hair….but we managed

Overall, very good Location excellent and decoration was superb. We loved some of the interior decorations- the use of corregated iron, the simple bamboo, the artwork

The whole introduction to the property was secretive- several emails saying they would send details, why not just send them? It meant we never realised a number of the features eg Quooker tap until leaving. Equally, only revealed size limits of garage the day before arriving. As it happened the garage was reasonable but we would not have fitted in our F Type, which had the weather been better we’d have bought. Telling guests this beforehand is both transparent and helpful. Finally, not sure who signed off building regulations- switches behind doors, the stairs particularly the bottom step, extraction and no fire doors despite accommodation over three floors (G,1,2). A fire in the garage and you wouldn’t get out.
