Little House was fantastic with lovely fixtures and fittings. A great location and the bonus of a garage to use. Will definitely stay again.

Smoke alarm kept beeping in the entrance hall. But we still slept well

Lovely property that had recently been decorated. It's in a great location giving quick and easy access to the quay, the town and numerous eating and drinking establishments. The house has private secure parking which is great but would probably not be suitable for a large car, I have a BMW 3 series GT, which only just fitted in. The property looks out onto a beer garden which produced some noise before closing time, but after that was a really quiet location, the pub was in no way a negative and did not cause any issues. We enjoyed a short 3 night stay and would definitely book again if in that area. The minor negative points listed next in no way detracted from our 5* experience and are mentioned to give a balanced review

The following negatives are only minor gripes: i) The first floor window overlooking the beer garden has at some stage been broken and is now fixed and cannot be lowered. This presents some minor privacy issues. ii) The only mirror in the living area is in the 2nd floor bathroom, which was fine for me to shave but apparently not so ideal for my wife doing her hair and makeup. iii) potential renters should probably be aware that the property has 3 floors and the stairs are quite steep and may not be suitable for older or infirm clients. Having said that we are in our late 60's who with a little care had no problems whatsoever.

The location was excellent being so close to the quay but tucked away in a quiet spot. Having a garage to park the car was a real bonus and the apartment was very comfortable.

The only small criticism was the lack of suitable close-up mirror in the upstairs bathroom for shaving and applying make-up

Location, amenities, correspondence and space were all amazing.

if i was being picky, i would say that i didnt like the view of the car park and the window opening mechanism in the shower of the en suite.

Only thing and it’s very irrelevant was there was no mirror in the bedroom!! But honestly didn’t spoil our stay

A quiet location, nicely laid out, secure parking and close to the amenities.

The ability to garage the car safely, the way everything worked perfectly (except the bathroom door handle), the ease with which we communicated the bathroom door handle problem with the management, and the excellently warm central heating. We also very much liked the walk-in shower, which we had only experienced before in Sweden.

The bathroom door handle didn't work properly and eventually fell off the door. We patched it up as much as possible.

Lovely one bedroom apartment. Excellent location. Lovely bedroom and ensuite facilities. Well equipped apartment. Excellent communication from provider to ensure all was okay with the facilities.
