Je ne vous recommande absolument pas ce logement. Nous sommes arrivés dans le logement et la à notre grande surprise : - ménage pas fait - lit/ draps non changé - Poubelle pleine - Frigo plein - Le plan de travail sale Et surtout, il y a un a eu un dégat des eaux, plus de 3 cm d’eau dans la chambre et la salle de bain et le fond du salon. Une odeur de renfermé et d’humidité. Les hôtes n’ont pas su etre honette dès le début, en nous envoyant un message pour nous dire que le logement était prêt alors que pas du tout. Ce fut une expérience très décevante…

J'ai connu une coupure d' électricité qui a fauché ma matinée suite à un dysfonctionnement d'un appareil électroménager.

Bonne communication avec Whome , le logement est simple mais fonctionnel.

Le logement est assez bruyant. Bruits des voisins jusqu'à tard la nuit et tôt le matin. Si vous souhaitez le calme , ce n'est pas le meilleur choix

The owner is very kind and helpful. He always answered within a few minutes and tried to solve every problem we had. He even offered complimentary snacks and coffee and his bathroom was filled with everything you could dream of. He allowed us to keep our baggage in the apartment after check out till the afternoon

The apartment and the building are pretty old. The owner tried to make it seem modern and new but it ended up looking a bit like a no-tell motel. We smelled gas in the kitchen. The owner told us that there is no gas in the apartment anymore so maybe there was a leak in the neighbouring apartment but it was pretty intense. It was quite unpleasant that we had to wait for the bathroom sometimes because there is just one for 4 apartments. The streets seem very dangerous especially for tourists, it's very close to Bronx. Definitely not recommended for girls who travel alone. We didn't feel safe even inside the apartment. The owner was literally watching us through cameras and he gave himself away when he referred to us as "girls" even though he had no idea who I was staying with when the booking confirmation did not require the second guest's personal information. We really hope, it was just the cameras in the common spaces. To top it all off, we found a cockroach in our bedroom.
