NZThere were excellent directions given to find the place along with photos so I knew what I was looking for. Apartment very clean and tidy.
Roadworks went ALL night long. Concrete cutters, diggers, scrapers. The noise did not stop at all. I messaged the property host to see if they were aware of the issue and 3 days later I have still not had a reply. My work colleague and I were absolutely shattered from lack of sleep, had a really long work day and commutes back to our homes.
AUIt was adequate.
Check-in made me feel like I was "allowed" to stay, not "welcome" to stay. The apartment was adequately equipped but not in a generous way. Didn't feel special in any way.

The booking system is quite intense. They take a bond and you need to supply ID and image of yourself. First time I have had to do this,

We did not have water for two nights and no one informed us about that in advance.

The property is dated, fairly basic breakfast included, the staff didn’t engage well and lacked in offering a great customer experience
NZPerfect for a 1 night stay with family of 4 (2 adults/2kids). Loved the coffee pods and machine and basic kitchen supplies. Good checkin instructions. Nice and quiet.
Internet/wifi cut out a bit.
