Confusing check in and charges of additional $25 .ive been using Booking.com for a while and this is the only time I've been charge extra on top of what i paid. This should be mention from the start not on check in time. It has very hard to lock bathroom. This should be replaced with better locking system. Too many instructions to check in. The wordings on instructions is like bossing customer around. Your customer help use landline in a mobile phone era. Surely you have phone but since customer will pay not you to call, who cares.

LANZHow easy the check in and check out process is.. apartment was extremely clean. Nice and quiet area even though we are near the city.. beds were comfortable.. host was very fast with response
Not a major one, but one of the rooms was slightly warm but there was a fan which helped 😀
