NZIt was a great location for us. The apartment was roomy and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Car parking on site was a bonus and close to our apartment too. Security in and out was great.
Not sure that I like that there is no human interaction with anyone on site but perhaps I’m too old school. I also didn’t like giving all my details, ID and credit card security damage deposit online etc to a third party but had to as we couldn’t get access otherwise even though we had prepaid. Access instructions were easy and the rules were certainly spelled out clearly. I would probably stay again as overall a good experience

Check in process was unnecessarily arduous - and concerning needing to pay a fee that still hasn't been returned and needing to take a photo of personal ID when you already have credit card details on file. Felt invasive for such a short stay.

Our booking wasn't verified by 3pm causing us alot of confusion. Two different phone numbers given on Booking.com - one incorrect!

The property managers weren't the friendliest, I had to call them to ask how to get in to the property the afternoon we were meant to check in, I was told I had an email and I needed to validate my identity before they would send me check in details. As I did this, A pop up appeared for a damage fee, either $200 deposit that was refundable with conditions or $25 one off payment, I would think when booking through an agency like booking.com or Air Bob those costs would be included at the time of booking not a surprise as you check in. Check in was not the easiest, if it was just my mum and cousin they wouldn't have been able to figure out the check in. A bit disappointing. Not the cleanest of places, there was a terrible smell coming from the sink drain and floor drain in the bathroom.
