Beautiful accommodations, hosts and housemates made our stay exceptional. We will have forever memories of our time in Merida. Be sure to take one of Dave's tours; our whole house had a ball!

The atmosphere was relaxed and very friendly. We enjoyed interacting with the other guests. Our room faced the pool. Each morning we awoke to the sounds of the birds. Even though we were in the city it felt like we were staying in a tropical forest. The breakfasts were delicious. The room was very comfortable especially the bed. The shower was a rain shower next to a planted indoor garden with an opening to the sky. Soft pleasant music is piped throughout the property. The pool is heated. The water for the pool is from an underground Cenotes! Each day the room is cleaned. There is a split mini in the room to heat or cool the room and a ceiling fan. The wall facing the pool was all glass with drapes for privacy. This added to the sense of being in a tropical forest. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and two plates and silverware. The TV streamed Netflix. There was sufficient storage for clothing. We were very comfortable for our six night stay.

Wow, this urban B&B near the center of the capital of Yucatán is a hidden gem! The owners Dave and Pat created their own private secluded spot in lovely Mérida. The old hacienda has been beautifully renovated and it’s truly a little piece of heaven on earth. We loved everything here: Dave’s huge and delicious breakfasts, the massage service in house, but most of all the warm welcome and attention of our hosts. we highly recommend this beautiful B&B!

amazing gem on our trip. you cannot think of better hosts. best gourmet style breakfast which is different every day. as previous guests described, you very quickly become part of the family. thanks guys for this!

The villa is beautiful, comfortable, exceptionally clean and everything that you might need has been thought about as the hosts like to travel themselves and this is reflected in their attention to detail. The pool and seating areas are a lovely place to relax and cool down after a busy day sightseeing.
