Dirty Rooms-- we purchased 4 rooms - Mine had been smoked in for years black hairs in the tub on on the walls sink drained in the floor was not connected ?? Moldy refrigerator, pillows not conformable. Dirty inside and out. Loud

Location is amazing and the staff are super friendly. If you're on a budget, it does the job and is a good place to relax! If you can afford to stay somewhere a bit nicer, spend the extra money!

Carpet outside and inside of the room looked dirty. Lots of bugs outside of the rooms that would find their way inside. A good amount of dog hair visible on the bed sheets when we first got there. Just in general it feels a bit outdated and lacking in terms of cleanliness.

Location

The stay was horrible. The room was disgusting. Hair in the entire bathroom, pee on the toilet seat and floor, a bunch of hairs on the bed sheets, pieces of dirt including a piece of glass which is very unsafe for a puppy. I don’t recommend this place to anybody. It was really really dirty. I had to clean everything

The room was dirty and dated. The toilet and sink were visibly soiled from the previous customer and the lock was malfunctioning. Overall, it is an older property in desperate need of an update and a new housekeeping staff.

The property was conveniently located within walking distance to downtown. Hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. Would love to stay there again.

No dislikes

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Great location to restaurants and the park with the lights. When I asked for clorox wipes to was down the services they had them on hand...now they did not offer to come clean the toilet. LOL

Toilet was not clean in my room, continental breakfast did not really have much, bathroom in the office was very dirty. Staff at the desk should keep in cleaned. Rooms do need a little updating.

The hotel had a good location, just a short walk from downtown and surrounded by many stores, making it convenient for shopping and exploring.

The abandoned hotel left me disappointed. The dirty building and lobby gave a poor first impression. Inside, a strong smoke smell was unbearable. The uncomfortable bed made it hard to sleep, and part of the ceiling had fallen. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a comfortable and clean environment.
