La habitación olia mal y estaba sucio, los ruidos de los vecinos en la noche se escuchaban completamente.

The bathroom and sink area was not clean when we arrived.

It was ok.

The location. Pet friendly. Though both my dogs came with fleas after rolling around on the carpet.

Fleas. Badly broken door frame. It had obviously been kicked in. It could not lock.

The location, the cleanliness and the breakfast

I booked a room with a king bed through the booking app but when we arrived they told us that it was not available so they assigned us a common room although we did not like to find out like that but we accepted it anyway without complaining, the problem was that when we got to the room the bed where we slept looked like it was going to fall because the side of the feet it tilted if we moved as if it had no support on the side of the feet, so we had to sleep completely still.

Location was ok

Smell of gasoline, things broken or not working, as told by staff, dirty and unappealing outside. Did not see room, wasn’t interested in seeing after the gasoline smell making me dizzy and nauseous. Price was Ridiculus for the condition of this hotel.

Clean decent motel within walking distance of downtown Helen. Staff was very friendly.We arrived early n room was already ready.Would recommend

It was available on short notice. Good location as well.
