Amerivu Inn & Suites - Helen - Downtown

The rooms and lobby had a horrible odor. It was so dark you couldn't put on makeup. None of the ice machines worked. Breakfast was a waste of time.

Clean & comfortable room. Staff went beyond what most do to make sure we had a great time. Will be using Ameriuv Inn & Suites again.

Staff was very nice and attentive. Provided coffee in the morning, and a light continental breakfast. We checked in early, and the 11a checkout was nice. Good location.

This is definitely a budget motel. It was pretty clean, but needs some tlc in regards to bathroom floors, tub, etc. Fine for a one night stay.

The manager was super sweet. I loved how welcoming they made us feel and how sweet they were to our little pittie pups. They loved the stay as well. The pet rooms are not carpeted, and I thought that was such a great idea. It was so easy to clean up after our stay. I love the convenience of the location.

The only thing I was sad about was the fact that their waffle maker was messed up. It’s ok, though. Maybe next time.

Not clean. No trash can. Door lock stuck hard to close door. Went to breakfast came back card does not work. Had to get card reprogrammed. Fridge needed defrosting.

It was in a good location for everything

The room was ok, but noise from upstairs was terrible due to creaky floorboards so if you stay take a upstairs room and someone was playing music so loud until three in the morning and as for breakfast it was non existent

Close to activities and shopping

There was no one at the front desk when we checked out

The location

Reserved a king bed and got 2 doubles. Room doors that only lock from the inside. Facility in disrepair. Guy with 12 foot ladder in truck bed fixing parking lot lights. Pictures of facility very misleading and more of surrounding properties than their own. I have stayed in 89 per night hotels and they were way better than this place that I paid 576 for 2 nights.
