6 Berth heated on The Chase (Albany II)

Master bedroom bed was comfortable

Kitchen floor unstable Long sofa wood broken at both ends no good for adults to sit on Main toilet system cracked and water leaking when flushed. Used toilet brush left inside a kitchen cupboard . Only cutlery for 5 booked for 6 people Overall a very tired caravan in much need of some TLC

Clean

Cold on a night and morning and could do with a frying pan and something for in the grill

Nice location, only a short distance from the beach and other main attractions in the area.

Caravan wasn't clean at all, like it hadn't been properly cleaned in quite a while. The main issue was the heating, didn't see stated anywhere that there is only a floor heater in one bedroom, and a plug in heater in the other. The bedroom with the floor heater had massive burn marks on the carpet next to it, so didn't feel safe to use, and it was absolutely freezing everywhere except the main couch area, where we had to plug in the portable heater and have the fireplace on just to be somewhat warm. The rooms wouldn't be suitable for a child to sleep in unless it's May - August. Considering the price paid I expected better

Lovely location short walk to fantasy island. Okay deal for money for what it is. Balcony.

Wasn’t the cleanliest. Dirty utensils in drawer, old chocolate cake parts on sides. Kettle full of limescale, crumbs and dead bugs in bed

Location was fine

Everything, the pull out bed was broken could not use, toilet had an air lock very noisy when flushed, the shower had a blockage and filled up with water could not use or would have flooded, trims on kitchen cabinets broken or missing, could not open one of the doors to decking, the decking felt unsafe, kitchen floor also felt unsafe. Overall this was not a good place to stay.
