Nothing at all

Starting off with my check in the lady was extremely rude. She told me I needed to provide my card for payment after I told her I paid 3rd party. So basically my card was then charged twice after her saying she wasn’t going to slide the card only for verification. She then told me I could pay cash or card for the damage deposit so I told her I would pay cash and that I needed to run to card to grab my purse to give cash. Once I arrived back she took it upon herself to slide my card again for the deposit. At that point I was upset and wanted to speak with manager which she said no manager was on duty at that time so I told her that a manager is supposed to always be on duty and she called some man which didn’t want to speak with me she said. She told me he said I needed to call the company I booked through which was incorrect because I had an issue at the property not with my bookin. After getting tired of the back and forth I took the room she gave me because my son and husband were tired and the room was horrible with dirty bedding and room smelled like animals and poop which we had seen animals so I’m sure animals were allowed there. My husband went out to talk to her at that point to switch out the room and she gave him attitude for about 30-45 mins before accommodating us. Our overall experience was very poor and upsetting for someone that had to be up the next few hours to work not getting much sleep from being uncomfortable

Not as big as the pictures made it look, trash bins were extremely full. Door in the back at the end had no handle on the door. Ceiling was covered in plastics and taped off. Elevators need to be updated made all types of noises and odd movements as it was going up.

The inside of the rooms looked nice nothing like the outside or the hallways.

Great value for the price! Clean room, comfortable bed, breakfast included, near airport. Staff is friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with the price compared to other motels around.
